Kintsho Ka Tshabalala was the famed percussionist at the equally-infamous Berlin Lounge Bar, "off a lane", deep in the darkest heart of after-hours Surfers Paradise, on Queenslands Gold Coast. Often in the advertising material of the time he was referred to as simply "bongo man"! Samples are of the late Kintsho's playing and also from an interview he gave on Radio Metro around that time.
